Recipe: Acai Bowl with Fruit and Granola

Ingredients :
- 2 tablespoons of acai powder (or frozen acai puree)
- 1 ripe banana (for a creamy texture)
- 1/2 cup of red berries (strawberries, blueberries or raspberries)
- 1/2 cup of plant-based milk (almond, coconut or oat, as you prefer)
- 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup (optional)
Toppings:
- Crunchy granola
- Fresh fruit (sliced bananas, kiwis, berries)
- Chia or flax seeds
- Grated coconut
- Sliced almonds or crushed walnuts
Instructions :
- In a blender, mix the acai powder (or acai puree) with the banana, red berries, plant-based milk and honey until you obtain a smooth and creamy texture.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl.
- Add your choice of toppings: granola for crunch, fresh fruit for a touch of freshness, and seeds for an extra nutritional boost.
- Enjoy immediately to take advantage of all the flavors and nutrients!
