Ingredients :
- 1 teaspoon of matcha powder
- 1 cup of almond milk (or other plant-based milk)
- 1 teaspoon of maple syrup or honey (optional)
Instructions :
- Heat the almond milk in a small saucepan without letting it boil.
- In a bowl, sift the matcha powder to avoid lumps, then add a little hot water (about 1/4 cup).
- Whisk vigorously until the matcha is well dissolved and slightly frothy.
- Pour the hot milk into a cup, add the matcha and sweeten with maple syrup if desired.
- Sprinkle a pinch of matcha powder on top to decorate, then enjoy hot.
