Ingredients :
- 1 teaspoon of acerola powder
- 1/2 banana (for a creamy texture)
- 1/2 cup of mango (cut into pieces)
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (or other plant-based milk)
- 1 teaspoon of maple syrup (optional)
Toppings:
- Slices of kiwi, mango, strawberries
- Grated coconut
- Chia seeds
- Granola for crunch
Instructions :
- In a blender, mix the acerola powder, banana, mango and coconut milk until you get a smooth and creamy texture.
- Pour into a bowl.
